Phone Technical Support Ticket

Support is provided via a US Domestic only phone call for Camsoft CNC Controller software products available on the Store. For support on third-party products, please contact the manufacturer.

 

CNC Professional Online Support Tickets are processed as follows:

  • Once purchased, use the contact form to submit your over-the-phone support request. Please include the following:
    • The support ticket’s order number (provided in the receipt)
    • Short description of the issue
    • A contact phone number
  • Tickets are processed in the order in which they are received
  • The initial response to your ticket may not be immediate but will be given within a maximum of 2 business days
  • A phone call requires scheduling which will be arranged initially by email before the phone call.
  • For international callers, other services like Skype or can be arranged
  • A ticket provides for one phone call for up to one hour of support to resolve your issue.  We will contact you by email if the issue can’t be resolved within this timeframe.
  • A ticket expires after one phone call regardless of the length of the call.
  • A ticket expires after 30 days from the time of purchase.
